What services does Lonia AI provide?

Lonia AI provides software tools for accessibility compliance, medical billing analysis, climate intelligence, sign language translation, braille conversion, personal safety, and social media compliance. Our products are designed for professionals in regulated industries and communities that mainstream technology routinely underserves.

Our current product portfolio includes: Lonia Sentinel, Lonia BillCheck, Themis, Lonia Insights, Oracle, Pallas, BrailleBuddy, Iris, and Soteria. Each product has its own specific terms that supplement these general terms.

What are my responsibilities as a user?

By using any Lonia AI product, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account and using our services
  • Use our products only for their intended, authorized purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Lonia AI software
  • Not use our products to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access

Not Legal Advice

Lonia AI products, including Pallas and Sentinel, provide compliance tools and information. They do not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.

Not Medical Advice

BillCheck and Themis help identify potential billing errors and provide analysis of medical bills. They are not substitutes for professional billing advocacy or medical counsel.

Not Financial Advice

No Lonia AI product provides financial, investment, or tax advice. Any cost-related information is for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lonia AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our products.

In no event shall Lonia AI's total liability exceed the amount you paid to Lonia AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until your billing period ends.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Lonia AI product, contact support@lonia.ai within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 5 business days.

Governing Law and Contact

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Jersey.
